Bill manages the firm’s northern Virginia office in Ashburn, Virginia. He has been involved with civil engineering related projects including special exceptions, commission permits, site and construction plans, feasibility studies, and major grading and utility plans. His design experience includes the preparation and management of construction documents and specifications for public and private site development of commercial office parks, retail centers, residential and mixed-use developments, K-12, and higher education facilities.
